It receives power from 2-stroke, single cylinder, water-cooled engine as well as exhaust control and reed intake. Redesigned reed valve and Boyesen reeds have been added to improve the performance of the unit. The rear wheel gets power from the engine with multidisc clutch and 6-speed gearbox.

It features a series of high-end Brembo disc brakes to improve the stopping power of the bike and it has been added as standard component. The whole-new 2014 edition comes with handbrake armature which is newly developed with smaller brake piston and remote reservoir and optimized kinematics of levers.
