The 1965 model was a small bodied scooter, distinct and with the peppy sport tuned engine. The rectangular headlamp was among the many features setting it apart from other bikes of the time. The Primavera bikes shared with the Sprint small frame and both lacked wide rear bodies which were part of almost every scooter of the age. The 2015 model although will see foremost 12-inch tyres, the biggest wheels to be sported by any 150cc model. The thick rubber tyres make it more safe and manoeuvrable as compared to other bikes which sport 10 inchers. This is also one of the first Vespa model to be equipped with features including an ABS braking system. In addition to these are LED running lights, electronic fuel injection and a catalytic converter.
