This great looking sports car was produced by Ferrari from 2004 to 2009 when its production had to be stopped when Ferrari 458 Italia replaced it. The car was launched at Paris Motor Show and the engine installed in the F430 was a 4.3 L V8 with a 6-speed manual transmission. The design of the Ferrari F430 was pretty much based on the Ferrari 360 and the aerodynamics of the car is greatly improved.
Another change in the car is that the car's name was etched into the Testarossa-styled driver's side mirror. The taillights are taken from Ferrari Enzo design and the brakes on the F430 were designed in close cooperation with Brembo. It had a top speed of 196 mph and it reached the 62 mph landmark in 4.4 seconds. Ferrari claims the carbon ceramic brakes will not fade even after 300-360 laps at their test track which offered a great handling and safety for the driver.
