The Fisker karma is an electric powered vehicle manufactured by Fisker Automotive from 2011 to 2012. It is a luxury sports sedan with onboard-range extender and a series hybrid car. It was manufactured in Finland and according to the Environmental Protection Agency of the US the car offers a fuel economy of 52mpg combined, and on fuel 20mpg US and 24mpg Imperial. The all electric range of Fisker Karma is 32Mi which is 51km and it is classified as sub-compact due to the limited space available inside the cabin. It is a full size luxury 4-door sedan and has front engine layout with rear-wheel-drive. Power is derived from a 2.0 L Turbo Ecotec and there are two electric motors with the capacity of 161hp and 479Nm torque. A 1-speed Prundletronic gearbox controls the power produced by the Powertrain. The battery pack consists of20.1kWh lithium-ion battery cells and they have range of 370kms at one go.
