Most of the models that are released by Porsche are the sport models. The Porsche Cayenne is one Out of the very rare luxury cars introduced in the market by this brand. The interesting thing about this model is that the platform, doors and the body frame are shared from the Volkswagen model. This decision made by Porsche enables the individuals, who wish to buy the high end cars with all features, to get a better cost competitive solution than what Volkswagen would offer with their models. The other crucial designs related to tuning and production are still managed in house by the Porsche brand. While the first make is built with the V8 engine later it has been decided to use the engine that operates on the direct fuel injection technology. The Lava Grey Metallic body, black leather upholstery in combination with red contrasting seams, 21 inches sportplus type wheels are the few advanced features added to the GTS Design Edition 3 of this model made available in 2010.
