Hyundai Genesis Coupe is manufactured by Hyundai Motor Company since 2008 and it is classified as a sports model car. The Genesis Coupe for production was a red and a silver model shown-off at 2008 New York International Auto Show. It is a rear-wheel sports coupe released by Hyundai in October 2008 and is in production till date. It shares the platform with the Hyundai Genesis sedan. The car is being assembled in Ulsan, South Korea and has a FR layout.  Powertrain of the Genesis Coupe consists of a range of engines starting with 2.0 L Turbo Theta I4 producing a sizable 210hp to  a 3.8d Lambda V6 producing 345hp. Transmission is available in 6-speed manual, 5-speed automatic, 6-speed ZF 6HP19 auto and 8-speed automatic.  As for the dimensions it has a wheelbase of 111.0 inches, length of 182.3 inches, width of 73.4 inches and height of 54.3 inches. The 2.0 Turbo weighs from 1,494 to 1,525 kg and the 3.8d at 1,537 to 1,639kg.
