In standard/street fighter style, Kawasaki Z1000 has been introduced as 4-cylinder bike. Being the successor of Z900 and Z1, it was launched. Z1000 was an updated variant launched by Kawasaki in the year 2007. Apart from the design of exhaust, this detuning features lesser top end than ZX-9R super sport engine but more mid and low RPM. Z1000 came with 166 mpr of top speed and acceleration from 0 to 60 miles per hour within 2.9 seconds. In 2010, Z1000 redesigned with customary style update and engine of larger capacity. It was marketed officially with the title of Z1000 ABS. In the year 2013, Kawasaki decided to launch special edition by breaking 3-year update process. It has launched standard edition and celebrated Z brand’s 40th anniversary. It has seen completely aesthetic differences among the models.
