Maruti Celerio is the magnum opus project of Maruti Suzuki Limited and by rolling out Celerio it has set out to change the mindset of Maruti being a vehicle catering to masses. The car is loaded with the first ever for the brand, the automated manual transmission or AMT. This is irrespective of the fact that Indian buyers not much go for the gearless concept. Maruti Celerio is going to give a tough competition to the likes of Chevrolet Spark and Hyndai i10.
