Kawasaki KLX series has introduced many models in the market. The latest of all is the new Kawasaki KLX 250S which was introduced in 2008-09. It has a liquid cooled 4 stroke single cylinder DOHC engine with 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 249. The bike is characterized with Keihin CVK34 induction motor and the ignition is digital CDI. It has a 6 speed transmission with chain drive. The front suspension of the bike is 43 mm inverted cartridge fork with 16 way compression damaging adjustment. The front brake is a single 240 mm disc 1 piston caliper and a single 240 mm disc 1 piston caliper rear brakes. The seat height of the bike is 883 mm which is very high and thus it allows the rider to get a clear view of the road making it easier for them to drive. The light weight of the bike helps makes the bike ideal for the beginners.
