A total of four models where introduced in the market , Frontera A, Frontera A sport, Frontera B and Frontera B sport. The A generation is in the market starting with 1992 and ending in 1996. From then the B has taken its roles in the market to give that sleek city appearance and the dashing country model. The type coupe is jeep, with 5 seats and 5 doors for the regular Frontera B. Frontera B sport is designed to have 3 doors as it is intended to support sports drive. The three series in the B sport give 116 horsepower while the latest released 3.2 I V6 24 V gives 205 horsepower thus making it more apt for the evolved sports thirst in the individuals. However, the regular Frontera B released in 2003 offers just 120 horsepower which is less when compared to 3.2iV6 with 205 horsepower that is released in this line in the year 1998. The probable reason to down grade the power could be to match it to the hectic city traffic.
