The Fiat 600 is a city auto delivered by the Italian maker Fiat from 1955 to 1969. Measuring just 3.22 m (10 ft 7 in) long, it was the first back engined Fiat and expense what might as well be called about € 6,700 or Us$ 7300 in today's cash (590,000 lire then. The aggregate number delivered from 1955 to 1969 at the Mirafiori plant in Turin was 2,695,197. Throughout the 1960s, '70s and '80s, the auto got extremely prevalent in nations, for example, Spain (as SEAT 600), where it turned into the symbol, second to none, of the Spanish wonder, Argentina, where it was nicknamed Fitito (a minute of Fiat) and previous Yugoslavia where it was nicknamed.
The auto had water driven drum brakes on each of the four wheels. Suspension was an exceptional single twofold mounted leafspring - which goes about as a stabilizer - between the front wheels coupled to gas-charged stun absorbers, and an autonomous loop over-stun absorber setup coupled to semi-trailing arms at the back.
