The first road vehicle that is designed by the brand Porsche is the Porsche Boxster being qualified as the mid engine facilitated with two seater arrangement. The first generation make from this model is designed to have the 2.5 L flat six cylinder engine. Later in 2000 the engine is upgraded to 2.7 L and the S variant is designed to operate with the 3.2L engine. In 2003 more styling is added to the previous variants so as to match them to the changing needs of the fast generation. In this facelift, the plastic rear windows is replaced by the small sized glass window along with other new additions like glove compartment, trunk release mechanism, electro mechanical hood and the updated steering wheel each of them giving good comfort to the individuals driving the car on the road. In 2009, more cosmetic changes with enough mechanical upgrades have been taken care to provide increased engine output and performance that is required for the cars running in the city traffic.
