Yamaha Motor Corporation produced the Yamaha FZ750 from 1985 to 1991. The bike became noticeable for many reasons and the most compelling of them was the 5-valve radial arranged cylinder head. It came to become a trademark for Yamaha though largely disputed in recent times. The 3-inlet in place of 2 actually allowed faster opening spurts and the softer valve springs increased the speed and power of the engine. The bike was able to deliver faster speed irrespective of the scientific merits and its speed of 150mph was an unbelievable feat for a 750 road bike. The FZ750 as a result ran on wheelbase which was longer and it was not conducive for road racing. It was able to produce a power of 110PLS at 10, 500rpm and it was having a dry weight of 210kg. The fuel capacity was measured at 4.6 Imperial gallons and it was offered with a 6-speed gear transmission.
