dodge spirit

It is a mid-size 5- or 6-passenger sedan and its production was started in 1989 and it could be related to as a variant of Chrysler K platform. Some car enthusiasts also say that the Spirit is a replacement for the smaller Aries. However the design of the spirit gained much appreciation as it could seat a lot of people, up to 6 at a time and it had a large trunk to store stuff. Design wise, Spirit is also compared with the Ford Tempo.

It underwent its first facelift and came back with a new full-width taillamps that despite their amber lower sections. A year earlier, a 3 speed manual transmission was introduced along with the V6 engine. It wasn’t until 1995 when 2.5 L engine received a slightly revised cylinder head. In the same year the anti-lock brakes were dropped from the option list and this change was appreciated by the people.
