The Volvo XC60 is Volvo’s mid-sized utility vehicle that is tinged with style and extensive safety gear. The base model comes with a 240 horsepower, 3.3 litre 6-cylinder engine whereas the top model comes with a turbocharged engine which produces 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. The sedan gives a feeling of luxury both in terms of materials and detailing, with soft leather seats in high contrast combinations. There’s a driver interface which appears to be cluttered and relegates some control to a screen display and also there is a button at the back of the wheel. Volvo’s safety system helps to reduce the crash severity in approaching other vehicles or to stop the vehicle. The auto-brake feature identifies an object or person in the road and stops the car or reduces the severity of the impact. The sedan gives a mileage of 18-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway.
